Position Summary

Sales Account Managers at ClearBags work to develop and grow top, and mid-level accounts in industries such as food, cosmetics, outdoor recreation, photo, stationary, and more. You will share responsibility for revenue growth and sales goals, communicate directly with customers, identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and engage in conversational selling and business development. You will develop and process custom product quotes and special orders unique to your customers.

Accountabilities

  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to facilitate sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Manage incoming and outgoing orders and shipments to maintain on-time deliveries
  • Coordinate customers demand planning with the purchasing team
  • Increase and focus on sales from opportunities
  • Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with vendors
  • Prepare and present quotes to customers

Job Type: Full-time

Travel: Estimated 5%-25% as required/if any to trade shows and to our Selmer, TN location for training.

Office Hours: Our current practice is at least 40% of work hours must be spent in the office. During new hire training the in-office hours are increased. ClearBags may at any time change the in-office requirement.
